Welcome to your home away from home! Designed with our guests in mind, this 4 bedroom (with 1 king, 1 queen, 4 twin beds, sofa bed, and an air mattress), 2.5 bath house with a POOL will make you feel right at home. Our house is in a quiet neighborhood in Plantation Florida. We are very close to everything including restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, the Broward mall, Plantation General Hospital, and only about 20-25 minute drive to the beach.

-Occupancy limits per the number stated in this listing are strictly enforced per county requirements and full names (legal first and last names) of all guests must be provided upon booking. Currently, we can host 10 people.
-All guests on the property must be registered by name on the reservation upon booking. Non-registered individuals/guests are not allowed on the property. The government-issued ID of the person who made the reservation must be presented at check-in to verify identity and must match the name of the person who booked the reservation (this means the person who booked the reservation must be onsite for check-in and any members of the group who arrive earlier will not be given access until the booking guest arrives and provides the necessary ID info). ***Since we do a contactless check-in, at the time of check-in the guest who booked must provide (via message on app) 3 photos: 1) photo of their state/government issued ID 2) photo of themself holding that ID 3) selfie-style photo at the home holding their ID with the home in the background***Violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.
-Do not adjust any mounted TVs. Due to its size and weight, it can't be swiveled/moved.
-No parties or events. Any guest/group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund for any remaining night(s). $1000 fine for violation.
-Quiet hours are from 10 PM- 9 AM. Any noise complaint will result in a $1000 fine. Violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.
-The property is regularly maintained by various service providers who may enter the exterior of the property from time to time, including the patio area. This includes landscaping, trash removal, pool service, etc.
-No glass on the pool deck. No food or beverages in or near the pool. $2000 pool cleaning/draining fee for glass or human/animal waste in pool. Hot tub is NOT available for guest use. Violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.
-No indoor smoking. Smoking includes, but is not limited to cigarettes, hookah, vaping, pipes, cigars, and any cannabis use. Outdoor smoking at least 20 feet from the home is permitted, and all windows/doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors. $1000 fine for violation. Violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.
-Pet are NOT allowed. $1000 fine for violation. Violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.
-Limit 2 parking spots per reservation. No on-street or sidewalk parking, and any non-complying vehicles may be towed. Only two (2) standard size personal vehicles are permitted, and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles (including RV’s, campers, mobile homes, 4 wheelers, etc.), buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed. $500 fine for violation. Violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.
-Checkout is at 11 AM. Unfortunately, late checkout is not available due to the amount of time it takes to clean this home and prepare it for the next guest.
-Check-in is between 4-10:30 PM. Check-in before or after that time is not possible.
-Since South Florida has a sub-tropical climate, it almost never gets even close to freezing, which leads to it being a desirable climate for humans, geckos (brown anoles), and insects. While rare, and despite routine pest control, it is possible for an insect or gecko to get inside through an open door, window, etc. Refunds for finding insects or geckos are not given.
-We stock the initial supply of consumables (like toilet paper) and towels/linens based on the capacity of/sleeping arrangements in the home. Additional consumables or towels/linens are available for an additional fee.
-No garage access or use - owner reserves the right to enter the garage during guests’ stay through an exterior entrance to the garage (no entrance through the home)

**NOTE: Same day bookings will receive check-in instructions one (1) hour after booking so that Airbnb has adequate time to verify payment and guest account information. Same day bookings acknowledge that check-in might be delayed until after 4 PM depending on the cleaning team's scheudle
